Tour & Transfer Bookings
Payments for services may be made with Cash, Mastercard /Visa Debit or Credit card or by Direct debit on request. Full payment for Tours , Special Event & Wedding transfers should be made for at the time of booking. With transfer bookings we require credit card details regardless of final payment method at point of booking. All prices are in Australian dollars. Personal cheques are not accepted.
All our quotes are fully inclusive of Luxury Vehicle, driver, fuel and full public liability insurance.
Refunds will only be provided if the booking is cancelled a minimum of 5 days prior to the service. Verbal cancellations are not accepted and must be made in writing. Cancellations for Weddings , Concerts & Special Event hire will incur a 50% charge, irrespective of circumstances, if cancelled less than seven days of the scheduled reservation.
Confirmation of your Service
Gran Via Tours & Transfers will contact you the day before via email, messenger or text to confirm pick up time & departure point. We require the name and phone number of the lead contact so we may inform said person of any circumstances such as traffic , poor weather or road conditions which may cause delays. As a professional services provider, every reasonable effort will be made to be punctual. However we take no responsibility for loss or inconvenience which may result from the aforementioned circumstances.
Design Your own Tour
We are more than happy to help with suggestions for venues when designing your own tour. We can help with bookings for many venues, but it is strongly advised, particularly in the unprecedented times we are currently experiencing that these are confirmed early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Luggage, Lost Property & Personal Items
Please advise at point of booking any of our services whether or not you will be travelling with luggage , equipment or strollers. We will take the utmost care possible of your belongings but ultimately take no responsibility for loss or damage to said items. A mandatory check for left items in the vehicle upon your exit will take place but again unfortunately we are unable to assume responsibility for items left behind in the vehicle at any time or under any circumstances.
All guests are required by law to wear seatbelts whilst the vehicle is in motion.
Gran Via Yours & Transfers takes your Privacy extremely seriously. No photographs or videos will be used on social media without your permission. Your personal information will not knowingly be provided to any third party .
Not permitted at any time in our vehicles. Guests are kindly advised not to smoke within 2 metres of our vehicle.
Covid- 19 & Sanitation of Vehicle
Health & safety of our guests remains our priority.
Our vehicle is cleaned and sanitized after every trip. Antibacterial hand wash is provided inside the vehicle. Door handles and frequently touched surfaces will be wiped down on a regular basis throughout the day. Guests will be encouraged to wash hands and sanitize whenever possible. All the venues we currently visit in the Southwest hand sanitizer is readily available at the entrances.
Food On Board
Food consumption on board is not permitted unless supplied by us without prior consent from us in writing.
This is only permitted in the form of pre mixed cans and bottles. Allowed subject to the provisions under the Liquor Control Act of 1988. Minimum age for Alcohol consumption is 18 years of age. No alcohol is allowed to and from school functions.
We reserve the right impose a cleaning charge of $200 should a guest suffer a serious bilious incident or willfully creates an excessive mess which requires professional cleaning. In the unlikely event that payment cannot be made on the day then we reserve the right to charge the credit card used for the original booking to cover this.
